The APlus franchise system is owned and offered by Sunoco Retail, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunoco LP, a Delaware limited partnership. Sunoco LP ("Sunoco," "we," "us," or "our") recognize the importance of protecting an individual’s private information that is in our possession. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) establishes guidelines for Sunoco’s collection, protection, usage, and sharing of Personal Identifiable Information.
